Hi,
Currently, my Aritech Alarm system cannot be armed because it indicates that there are open zones. I have four PIR's attached to the system. Messages on the panel indicate:
07 Open Zone
08 Open Zone
09 Open Zone
10 Open Zone
07T Open Zone

Hi all,
I have a hkc alarm monitored by t/s. 18 months since fitted.
t/s have rang me to tell me that my alarm battery is low and triggering a response from them, without the alarm sounding.
Q1. is this level of monitoring possible?
Q2. why doesnt my remote panel inform me of a fault?
Q3. can I just open the main box take battery details + buy / fit a new battery? (I'm a mechanic so i can undertake most electrical jobs unassisted)
