Scopetronic Scope-3 alarm

I am in the process of changing the battery on this alarm. When the new battery is connected the alarm sounds and won't stop with my previous security code.
Does anyone know the default engineer code for this alarm so I can reset it ?

Default codes -user is either 3456 or 4567
Engineer is 1234 (Older versions dont use engineer code)

Thanks for your very quick response.
I've tried these codes (both with and without leading zero) and I've also tried the 0#5 reset code option with no response. The alarm continues to ring with the display showing a _ bar at the bottom.
Is there some other reset necessary before entering the default code which I'm not doing?

Presuming you had a code that was working on the system, no there. Is no other action to reset the system. If you never had a code for this system then maybe it has not been defaulted. Power down remove factory link lk1, power up & try those codes again. Who are the installation company?

Did the trick and allowed 4567 to work.
