Hi,
I've got a HKC secure watch, panel and was wondering if any one knows if it’s possible to change the engineer code if you don't have the engineer code. I purchased this alarm last year and when I asked the installer for this code he refused to give it to me. I need to make changes to the set up of the text feature and I need that code to make the change. Any help would be much appreciated.
