Aritech alarm problem

Hi,
One of my house power circuits has failed and this is the one that powers the Aritech panel. I acknowledged the power trip on the panel but the internal alarm went off this morning (cut off itself after 15mins) and now the AC power LED is blinking green but otherwise the panel is dead. What risk is there that the alarm will go off again? I'm not sure what model I have.

The battery in the panel has run down & this causes the outside siren to ring.
Depending on the age of the system the outside bell should cease after 20-30 minutes. Older bell boxes ( metal) can ring for hours or even days so if you have one of those it would need to be disconnected from inside the bell box.
Once it stops there is no chance of it re activating unless the power is restored.

Thanks for the reply Colm. We don't use this alarm system at all as we have a phone watch system as well. How would I go about decomissioning the aritech system comletely? I cannot make any contact with the company that installed it in the first place (10 years ago)

As above remove the mains power & the battery.
