how do i change the sensitivity on window inertia shock sensors. I have moved into a new house and there was no user manual left. Also where would i be able to get a user manual for this alarm system?

Hello Karl, You selected Aritech but did not state the model of your alarm system.
On the basis of it being a fairly recent model of security system the sensitivity would be changed in the engineer menu. An engineer code is required to access this.Aritech's factory engineer code is 01278.If this does not work it has most likely been changed by the installer of the alarm system.
