HKC Securewatch Resetting engineer code

Hi,
Is it possible to reset the engineer code when I only have the user code?

I am also getting an error that the panic button had been pressed, and the alarm will not now set as a result. Can this be corrected using the user code?

Try the method as outlined in this post to default the system

If that does not work the system is engineer locked and you will need an engineer to reset it.
