Aritech CS350 - Call Alarm Co38 Error

I had a problem with my alarm with 'Low Battery' coming up so I got a replacement and put it in, Yellow light went off, but when I go to turn the alarm on the error 'Call Alarm Co38' comes up, anyone any ideas as to the problem?

I checked for open zones and an getting Remote 2 Lid (?) and 03 Kitchen so am thinking sensors might be gone? Is this something you could fix yourself? How much would a sensor cost if this is the problem?

The system may need to be reset after a tamper.This would need an engineer call out.
Where are you living? Who installed the system.
Sensors would cost €25 http://www.alarmshelp.com/shop/index.php?productID=136 but that would not be the problem.

Up in Drogheda, was in the house when I bought it but Colt Alarms fitted it, got them out before just to change code and cost me €150. Best bet just to take hit again?

Tried all the Aritech codes and couldn't get into the system.
