Hi I have a HKC alarm system, that i have added an expander card to, so that i can put on a Quik Bridge, so as to add 2 wireless break glass detectors to my system, but the problem i have is that you have an Alarm and Tamper Zone on the HKC system, but on yhe Quik bridge you only have 1 conection for each zone on the Quik Bridge for a total of 8 zones,
in the diagram for the Quik Bridge it says Zone 1 to first conection through EOL resistor but how do you conect the Alarn conections from The HKC Zone, where do they go , i have never instaled this system before the Quik Bridge diagrams are very poorly writen can anyone Help me Please,
Regards Pat

As HKC panels do not have a common negetive it is best to use 12vdc external relays.
Give the relay a permanant + & wire the - to the quickbridge output Then wire a pair from C & NC into your alarm zone .
For tamper wire the aux tamper on the quickbridge into a tamer input on the panel

Hi COLM, thanks for reply, seems like a lot of trouble for 2 wireless sensors, might be as well to hard wire them instead, do you have any diagrams of this wireing sequence, or do you know if the new wireless system from HKC is interchangeable between hard wire and wireless, as this mighe be a better option for me if they are, Thanks Again Pat

Using quick bridge 2 wireless sensors can go on the one zone therefore only needing one relay. If thats all your using perhaps look at the Linier devices & reciever which would give you a NC pair out
