Hi,
Can anyone tell me what are my options for monitoring a SW812 panel? I've got a VoIP line so I don't think that will work with a dialler(I've had Sky breathing down my neck over it!). I'm an IT technician so I was hoping to do it via the internet e.g. Take control of a laptop thats physically connected to the panel. I think I need a SW-RPC lead and the Smartlink Software to connect a laptop. Will this work? Does the Smartlink software allow you to monitor as well as program the panel from a PC?
