Astec 63D Fault

My Astec 63D Alarm System is not setting & just showing the word Engineer with the Fault Light On & will not clear....any advice?

A little more information & we can sort this fairly easily.

When an Astec alarm system displays call engineer there will be a 2 digit number beside it. Can you let us know what that number is.

Also if you enter your code or press clear set full what displays on the screen.?

Astec 63D it shows 00 on left on word Engineer & if you press Clear Set etc it changes to 06 When I input the code it shows first two digits of the code

Peter, Your alarm system is in engineer mode.Press clear 99 , the system should then return to showing the time. If there are any faults with the system they will be displayed when you press clear 99, & the system will not leave this mode untill these faults have been cleared.
