Alarm System keeps activating

Alarm Help needed.The security installation in my house is driving me mad.Even though it is not set the alarm system activates constantly. Any idea why?

Even though your alarm system is not set it will be constantly monitoring for faults or tampering. To try and sort this yourself you first need to find where the problem is coming from.After the next alarm activation make a note of what displays on the keypad.If this indicates TAMPER and then a zone discription it would usually mean a faulty connection on that loop.
