Power down Aritech CS350

I have an Aritech CS350 installed. Right now there is a lot of power interruptions due to buliding works. How do I disable the alarm in the event of a power failure to avoid having to listen to the alarm panel while I am in the house.

Hello Tim the easiest option would be to put the alarm panel into engineer mode. Do you have an engineer code for the system? (factory code = 01278)

If not your second option is to compleatly power down the system. To do this open the main control panel & remove the mains fuse & disconnect the battery leads. The battery will be located at the bottom of the control pane with red and black leads attached. When all power has been removed there should be no display on the keypad. At this stage the outside bell/siren may ring. This will stop by itself after about 20 minutes.
