Walk test with Aritech CS350

I have sensors on all windows upstairs and downstairs and front and back doors. I have three PIRS downstairs in garage, Kitchen and front room.
The bare wires for future PIR's are on landing upstairs and downstairs dining room. How do I set the Artirech CS 350 for a walk test in zone 3?

Enter your user code & scroll down to walk test & select zone 3.
If the system does not allow you to do this pressing "arrow down" twice will display open zones on the screen.
