I tried out walk test and it said all zones closed even though the alarm had gone off again that morning. I then tried opening individual windows upstairs to see could i track down which was the faulty sensor but each time it said zones closed. ( i thought it would register window open Zone 2 etc) I tried this downstairs as well and even though the windows were opened it said zones closed the front door sensor was the only one which registered on the panel. Also does the error log only record one error each time because each time the service engineer fixes one fault (i.e faulty PIR) the next problem happens (faulty sensor) and there is an 80 Euro call out charge each time he comes out and he has been out twice already plus materials and labour on top!
