Aritech ACL 599

Not an alarm question, but I'm sure someone here might be able to help me.
I've got an Aritech ACL-599 Access control keypad, and have no idea of the user code.
I know theres a way of resetting it to factory default with a jumper setting, but I'd need to know all the factory defaults.
So, Can anyone help me with these instructions ? or Can I buy a installation manual for it from this site ?

Do you know where I can get user / engineer manuals from, we have just taken over a number of shops where these are fitted and the new owners want to alter the codes
