Aritech CS450 no data panel

Hi there, I recently installed the Aritech CS450. I have 1 keypad attached (CD3008) attached at the moment. Each time I power up the panel the keypad emits a chirp and 'nd - no panel data' is displayed. None of the leds on the panel light up. When I press any button on the keypad the chirp stops.

I have checked the wiring (red, black, blue, yellow) all correspond to ABCD->19,20,21,22. I have tried all dipswitch settings.... I still get the same error ???

Can anybody help me out here, any suggestion would be gratefully appreciated...

The First thing here is to eliminate a problem with the cableing. Connect the keypad directly to the panel with a short lenght of cable. All dips should be off.

I had tried that already but unfortunately to no avail. Do you have any other suggestions?

its either the panel or the keypad i m afraid. the next thing would be to try a different keypad
