Astec alarm code 15

Hi

Do you know what astec alarm code 15 means and how do I clear it. The panel also says tamper lid and the alarm keeps going off during the night.

Hello Linda Call Engineer is refering to the lid tamper you describe.

Tamper in system. Panel or sounder lid is open or, a smoke detector is disconnected from a
smoke module. Display cleared by removing fault
Check the lid of the panel is 100% closed. Maybe remove & replacing it should sort the problem for you.
