IS IT POSSIBLE TO HAVE THE ALARM ON PART SET MODE, AND STILL BE ABLE TO WALK AROUND THE HOUSE WITHOUT TRIGGERING THE ALARM , PROVIDED THAT THE FRONT DOOR OR WINDOWS ARE NOT
OPENED.

It should be. On most systems the part set only eliminates infrared detectors.
The simple way to know for sure is to set the system & try it.
if this is not the case , the system should be easily configured to allow it.
