Securewatch HKC Panel Message

I returned home recently to find my alarm going off. I checked the zone indicated by the panel and everything was fine. I entered my code to turn the alarm off. However I noticed the following message has remained on the panel "Factory link OFF". That night I set the alarm again and it went off in the middle of the night indicating the same zone again.

The zone in question is upstairs in my house. I have sensors that pick up vibrations on all the windows upstairs. Is it possible one of these is faulty or maybe something more serious.

Any help or suggestions appreciated.

It seems there is a faulty sensor or contact on that upstairs zone.
Factory link off is not related to the problem of your false alarms. This is a small link around the centre of the PCB (marked LK1) ir may be loose & it is just up as the log displayes after an activation.
